Her journey includes serving as a Wella Educator for 10 years, to spearheading in-house salon education programs, notably the INTERLOCKS Apprentice program. Andrea's commitment to mentorship and education is evident as she guides and educates the entire styling team, instilling INTERLOCKS’ core values and leading by example. She is renowned for her expertise in color and haircutting, consistently pushing the boundaries of excellence in her craft. Andrea curates an annual calendar of education for all stylists, collaborating with esteemed brands like Goldwell, R+Co, Oribe, and Kerastase. Outside of work, she finds solace in boating, cherished moments with her family, and time supporting her sons at endless baseball diamonds and ice rinks.
