Prior to Hudson Hawk, Brad worked at a national CPA firm specializing in tax strategy and compliance for private equity mergers and acquisitions.

He holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a licensed CPA.
