After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in management/finance from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, Matthew worked alongside many Fortune 100 companies, as well as launched severa l startup companies during a 30-year career. His passion has been driving profitability and retail growth in some of the premier beauty and fashion brands by leveraging data and digital technologies. With a focus on customer engagement and retail operations, Matthew has been able to create the best omnichannel experiences for companies large and small.
