Britni's experience spans across many facets of the professional beauty industry from working behind the chair to product brand management & distributor education. Britni joined Phorest as an Onboarding Coordinator, a role which involves helping new salons adopt the software & bridging the gap between beauty and tech. She now works on Phorest's Customer Success team as a Salon Success Manager where her main goal is to ensure that salons are getting the very best out of the Phorest system and encouraging business growth through the usage of proven successful strategies and tools. When Britni is not guiding clients to success, you can find her with her two kittens (Hall & Oates), cooking for friends, attending a live music show or exploring the outdoors!)
