Rebecca Ezolt is the CEO of LL Salon Group, the franchisor of Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Lords & Ladies was founded in 1982 by Terry Derr and grew from a single location to seven successful salons and medspas over the years. Rebecca joined the L&L team as the Brand and Marketing Director in 2017 and quickly grew within the company. In September of 2020 Rebecca successfully led Lords & Ladies through the process of franchising each location to a successful employee. Rebecca is honored to continue the legacy of Lords & Ladies in this capacity. She is passionate about providing limitless and rewarding career and business ownership opportunities to budding and veteran beauty professionals.
